The Aarambh is a initiative started by the Wipro.

This is the extended version of the Mission 10x that also has been started by the Azim Premji, the founder of the Wipro. This mission is all about how to increase the employability in the engineering community of the student. This mission has basically name as Mission 10x because it aim to increase the employability 10 times. The Aarambh architecture is designed for overall development of the new faculty, with multiple levels of interventions by various resources like blended learning, coaching and mentoring. Aarambh guides the faculty to develop the understanding of the insights of teaching profession. This mission help the faculty to deliver the subject content by the innovative and effective manner, it build the professional skills by enabling the faculty to realize and reflect on teaching and learning process. This mission started in the SRMGPC in the month of the February 2011. In this workshop Prof. Gaurav Mishra and Mr. Ashish Avasthi is nominated as the coach by Wipro for this workshop. Muralithar from Wipro Hyderabad had came to Lucknow and address the above faculty fraternity. He motivates the faculty member to use the innovation in the teaching methodology such that it will help in developing the various intelligence of the learners. The Kit of the aarambh workshop had been distributed by the Prof. Gaurav Mishra on the 26 Feb to start the Aarambh workshop. After the month the online test has been conducted by the Wipro and the faculties have been given task to implement the session plan made by them in their respective teaching session.
