Garcia-Borbon Assistant City Prosecutor Investigating Prosecutor Re: Withdrawal of Complaint/s Dear Madame, GREETINGS Please be informed that herein complainant, through counsel respectfully move before the Office of the City Prosecutor, to allow the withdrawal of the cases as follows: 1. Two counts (2) of Grave Oral Defamation docketed as case NPS DOCKET IV-II-INV-11F-00745 and 00746. 2. Child Abuse under R.A. 7610 docketed as NPS DOCKET IV-II-INV11F-00747. The withdrawal of the cases mentioned above is herein with the understanding that both parties are with the agreement to settle their differences off court. In the same manner, a similar motion to withdraw by the defendant with their complaint is filed before your good office. The Parties herein are Maria Christina Javier, and Shareen Javier, Both resident of Brgy. 6, Batanags City as complainants and Marissa Toress and Dona Marie Toress both residents of Tinga Labac, Batanags City as Respondents. The agreement between the parties to withdraw both of the cases filed is not in contrary to laws, moral or public policy and order.
