    Overview

    Modes of Learning : Firsthand Observation Testimony

    Testimony comes from another person, by virtue of Declaration. Example: To know if the outside temperature is hot, you can step outside and determine whether it is hot for yourself, or ask a colleague who just came in from the outside

    Many adult beliefs are based on testimony provided by other people, not based on firsthand observation. This method of learning is also very common among children.
