A fimple geometric Method to determine a Great Circle Courfe from any given Latitude & Longitude to any other

given Latitude & Longitude.

Firsl Step: Reckon the differences between the latitudes & the longitudes, then defcribe the refultant angles by means of a Protractor. Second Step: taking the longetfide of tile rectangle formed in the first s1ep, infcribe two circles, centred in the corners of the rectangle that are away from the centre & the refultant angles. Third Step: infcribe a third circle, centred on that interfect of thofe circles that are alfo away. Fourth Step: rule a line from the centre through the intefect of the third circle & whichever of the other two is neared in direction to the further location. 5544'
