The EPO Conditions, EPO Investigation "Breaches" and "Malicious Prosecution" Suit
based on the Contents of the CADENCE Vol. 17, "Hi & Lois" Panel, the "Diagnostics" and EPO Witness Statements
The "House Arrest Conditions" were imposed to
knee-cap the attempt to appeal, when the AHE
Report from 22 March '02 introduced a clear
element of "doubt" and found no psychiatric
condition. The "EPO Conditions" were fired off on
the provision of the paper needed to support the
Civil Action and Claim for Damages.
The Popik Investigation failed to match the CHAP
issues and the fact that the EPO Applicants are
co-Defendants in the Civil Claim with the Barrs'
Statement of Defense for the QB Action as "MIA".
