Strengths
Appraiser Employee
My ability to grasp difficult material regardless of their subject,
following through and meeting the required deadlines. Regular goal
setting, which I myself consider it as a pre-requisite being an MCA,
compels me to work with discipline and concentration.
Weaknesses

Difficulty in saying “NO”. Sometimes I would commit myself with too
many tasks & then not able to full accomplish each of them as I would
like to.

I started giving some tangible output within 10-15 days of joining the
company, which I would consider itself as an achievement, although I
didn’t have any initial knowledge regarding this sector.

I have always believed & true to myself. In my opinion it is better to
try, fail & learn than not to try at all- just keep the risks such that you
can afford to fail. I think there are still breakthroughs & fortunes to be
made in this sector. Even if I may fail to achieve one of them, I expect
to have fun trying them.

the company with reason
On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate myself in something between 8 to 9. Winsoft has a recognized
state for its progressive projects for banking and finance sector. I really like to be a part of those
projects and to add quality & value to them.
More of less, I’ve always done what interests me. Most of the time the work is just the basic stuff
that you need to get done. But it is the golden moments between the dull times that make my
day.
Besides this I believe that company need to focus on the most important of that chorus of
possibilities crying out for attention.
