MODEL AML125
For the first wash it is recommended that you put the machine through a wash on Cycle 3 at 600 C. You can put this wash through empty or with old clothes or items such as tea towels, T shirts etc.
Cycle 8 .... temperature ... 300C 30 minute cycle, 3 kg load. Use for washing small daily wash loads of mixed clothes, e.g. cottons and synthetic fabics. Use to freshen up clothes rather than using a full deep wash cycle. When Washing Wool: Cycle 9 .... temperature ... 400C Use for washing single wool garments, even those marked hand wash only Maximum load 1kg. Anti-crease. Please note that on a wash only cycle, cycles 5,6,7 10 are Anti-crease, which means the cycle , will finish with the clothes left soaking with water inside the drum. To finish off the cycle, drain and spin the load press the Start/Reset button This feature is bypassed when the Dryer function is selected.
Place the correct amount of Washing Powder into the detergent compartment A 1]Press in the ON/OFF button to power up the machine, the LED will slowly flash. 2]Rotate the programme selector dial to the desired Wash Program. 3]Press the Start button 4] All the Wash Phase lights will flash once, the door will lock, and a Wash Phase indicator will illuminate, the machine will start by loading water.
DRYING
The AML125 can do a complete wash and dry cycle in one operation. The maximum load is limited to a 4 kg cotton load. Over loading this complete programme will waste power, reduce the drying quality or may render the dry process totally ineffective. The Drying Cycle is activated whenever the Drying Cycle selector is set to one of the drying options. For Dry Only operation, the program selector is set to the drying cycles and the Drying Cycle knob is set to one of the drying options. Time Dry:- 40 - 60 - 100 - 150 minutes
Washing Programs
QUICK GUIDE
Although the AML125 has many programs, below are those which are most frequently used. When Washing Cottons: Cycle 3.... temperature ... 400C Use for washing cotton fabrics that are quite dirty, e.g. sports clothes, childrens clothes after play, clothes with stains, sheets, towels etc. Cycle 4 .... temperature ... 400C Use for washing normal every day items of cotton fabrics, e.g. T shirts, sweat shirts, cotton shirts, jeans, casual pants, bed sheets, towels, cotton underwear etc. When Washing Synthetics: Cycle 7 .... temperature ... 400C anti-crease Use for synthetic fabrics, e.g. business shirts, blouses nylon/synthetic underwear, delicate items etc.
DRY CYCLE
Make sure the machine is switched on Select the dry symbol on the program dial, depending on fabric to be dried. Cotton, Synthetic, Wool. dried The dryer indicator will blink Push Start button, and machine will start. When the Drying Cycle Indicator light is illuminated this means a Dry Cycle has been selected. This can be automatic at the end of the wash program, or as a separate dry operation.
Note: Always leave the door slightly ajar when not in use.

5. Slowly open filter some water will trickle out. 6. Remove filter and clear blockage. Replace filter and cover and re-connect machine to the power.

SELF DIAGNOSTICS
The door is locked for safety reasons. Never force the door to open. If the key light is on the door cannot be opened at this time. If for some reason the machine faults and the door will not open, then simply disconnect the machine from the power supply and wait for 3 minutes. The door should now be released and it should be possible to open.
Your AML125 has a self-diagnostic program that will report via flashing indicators on the front control panel that there is a problem and the machine has shut down.

NOTES ON DRYING
In Most cases this will require service intervention, but firstly try the following procedure: 1. Switch the machine off and then TURN the machine off at the electrical socket and disconnect it from the power socket for a couple of minutes. 2. Reconnect the washer to the power socket, turn on and try again to re-program and operate the machine. If this does not work and the machine returns to Fault Condition then call the Service Number as shown on this sheet. Pressing in the Start / Reset button for 5 seconds will cancel any program from the machines memory. Fault Code 5 ( Blocked Drain Pump) If the drain pump becomes blocked or jammed by a foreign matter or object then this will be indicated by the following lights 2&4 flashing.
If your washing is not drying on the dry cycle as expected then check: 1] Cold water valve is turned on. 2] You have not over loaded the dryer capacity. 3] You have used the correct Cottons Programs 1-4 for absorbent fabrics;Towels,Jeans etc. 4] Use :Time Dry for small loads.
