Creating night effects

Open a photo in photoshop.

Name a layer « artground». Copy a layer « artground » (Layer> Duplicate Layer). Name
a copy « artground black».
Execute desaturate for a layer « artground black» (Image> Adjust> Desaturate
(Ctrl+Shift+U).

Step 2
Include function Curves for a layer « artground black» (Image> Adjust> Curves (Crtl+M)
also deform a curve, as in a picture.

Step 3
Now apply to a layer « artground black» Levels (Image> Adjust> Levels) with
parameters as in a picture.

Step 4

Establish Blending Mode layer «artground black» On Multiply.
