Standard Full Run License FeesFirst Stand Alone License per Location .................................................................... $6,500
- License fee includes Update, Maintenance & Support (UMS) for 1 year for the First License at this Location.

Each Additional Stand Alone License same Location ........ $4,875

- Discounted License Fees apply only if UMS fees are current for this Location. - The additional copy same location License fee (Stand Alone or Network) includes UMS coverage with the same expiration date as the existing one (1) year UMS contract for this Location. At the end of the contract period, UMS coverage will expire and all PVElite Licenses at this Location will be subject to renewal.

NETWORK SURCHARGE Standard Full Run License fees are surcharged 30% to purchase Network Licenses for either WAN or LAN use.
- The first Stand Alone License per location and/or the additional Stand Alone Licenses at that same Location may be converted to Network seats by paying the 30% Network Surcharge. - Network Seats may be converted to an equivalent number of Stand Alone Licenses for $500 each time the conversion is done. - Update, Maintenance & Support coverage must be current to convert Licenses either way.

Annual Update, Maintenance & Support (UMS)

- First License per location after the first year ........................................... $1,300 - Each Additional License per location after the first year ............................ $500 each See the PVElite Update Price List to renew UMS including EXPIRED and OUT-OF-DATE coverage.

Month to Month Lease Option - per Lease per Month* Stand Alone only ........... $550
One months lease payment will be applied as a credit towards the Standard Full License Fee if the Standard Full License purchase occurs within 30 days of the Lease expiration date. The Lease option includes UMS coverage.

TERMS
Each Additional Stand Alone or Network Seat at the same location - an additional Full Run copy of PV Elite to be purchased at a location where a Standard Full Run Licensed Copy of PV Elite already exists. The Additional Copy same site discount of 25% off the Standard PV Elite Full Run License fee will apply only if the PV Elite First Copy UMS is current at that Location. If the PV Elite First copy UMS has expired but is not Out of Date (less than six months from the expire date - within the grace period), the PV Elite First copy UMS renewal fee and the UMS per copy renewal fees for all additional Licenses at that Location must be paid to reinstate the UMS coverage period for one year from the existing expire date for that Location. Once renewed, additional Licenses for the same Location may then be purchase at COADEs published additional copy License fee rate and the annual existing PV Elite UMS coverage period for that Location will then apply. If PV Elite UMS coverage has expired and is Out of Date (expired more than six months) , the PV Elite First copy out-of date UMS renewal fee and the UMS per copy renewal fees for all additional Licenses at that Location must be paid to reset the UMS coverage period for one year from the date of the renewal order for that Location. Once renewed, additional Licenses for the same Location may then be purchase at COADEs published License fee rate and the new PV Elite UMS coverage period for that Location will then apply. Current Update, Maintenance & Support (UMS) coverage - Includes program update, maintenance and qualified technical support for all current PV Elite Full Run copies at that Location. One PV Elite software update CD with the latest production version of the PV Elite software and documentation in electronic form will be provided for each current License at that location for new versions of the software released by COADE, Inc. Annual PV Elite UMS renewal fees are charged on a per copy basis.

- Re-instate PVElite Annual UMS Agreement for the First License and all additional Licenses renewed at that Location retroactive for 1 year from the UMS expired date.

Out of Date Customers***-More than 6 months expired-V2008 or later (First Copy) $1,950 $750 each Plus PVElite per copy UMS for all additional Licenses at that Location ....... ***OUT OF DATE Customers: Renewal fees to renew Out of Date PVElite Annual UMS coverage as shown for (a.) the First License at that Location and (b.) all additional PVElite Licenses at that location. Upon renewal, the coverage period for the renewed Licenses will be reset for 1 year from the date of the renewal order. If the customer does not have the latest production version of the PVElite software, COADE will ship one PVElite Update CD with the latest production software & documentation in electronic form for each renewed and current PVElite License at that Location. Annual PVElite UMS renewal fees are charged on a per copy basis.
