Payment: Registration received by Nov. 1st: Payment is $40.00 per person Registration received after Nov. 1st: Payment is $50.00 per person. Registration: All payments must be in the form of money order or check made payable to the Maryland Department of Aging. You may mail your payments to MDoA, Attn: Jennifer Baker or make your payment at the door the day of the training. Limited seating is available. You MUST register for this training at:
