Operating Plant Service Limited (OPS) is currently in the process of applying for a work permit for Mr. Bjarne Torgensen. A Tax Clearance Certificate is required for the Ministry of National Security in order to proceed with this application. Mr. Torgensens taxes for the year 2010 was calculated by an independent accountant and paid up front. No tax return was submitted for that year. As requested, the following information is attached with regards to the Income Tax Clearance Certificate application. The documents submitted are as follows: Evidence of BIR Number Copies of bio-data from passport of Mr. Torgensen Entry page from passport to Trinidad Work Permit Income Tax Payment Receipt received for 2010.
