What Is It?
Liquid Ceramic is a composite product comprised of air filled microscopic ceramic and silicon beads, held in suspension by resin binders. The key to Liquid Ceramics remarkable insulating capability are the beads, which serve to both encapsulate and share the heating/cooling burden.

bEnEFITS OF CERAMIC InSULATIOn:

Our company is your #1 source for insulated coatings. Customer achieves benefits from our solutions in 10 key areas: Insulated protection up to 500 F Inhibits corrosion Unaffected by water / submersion Greater insulated value per mil Impervious to air infiltration Lighter than other insulated options Reduces or eliminates condensation Adheres to most surfaces Longer lasting than foam or fiber Easily reapplied if removed for maintenance

Reduce energy costs, both heating and cooling. Personnel safety around hot pipes and valves. Excellent sound absorption, acoustical reduction of 10-12 decibels or more. Solar heat reduction up to 99% on roofs. LEEDS qualified. Environmentally friendly, non-toxic, water based.
Ceramic Insulation provides not only a thermal barrier, but also a waterproof membrane that prevents water buildup caused from condensation between the substrate and the coatings. (Oil Field Tank Insulation)

Ceramic Insulation can be used to insulate any size of application while protecting from corrosion and condensation Whether you want to preserve thermal energy or keep it out, we have an advanced coating solution that will work Solution and application of high tech thermal retention systems Freeze/thaw prevention systems Custom specialized industrial coatings

Reduces engine and solar heat transfer by 25-30 degrees or more. Light weight and cost effective. Class A fire-rated Once cured, it can withstand temperatures from -45F to +500F. Resists UV, chemical, water, wind and sand abrasion. Many applications can be done on site without facilities shutdown or interruption.

Ceramic Insulation formula is an advanced, water-based composition of high-grade acrylic binders with air-filled insulating/reflective and sound-absorbing particles.

Ceramic Insulation has a low K-Factor which indicates high R-Value. Our goal is to minimize or eliminate downtime for your business while efficiently and effectively meeting your goals in reducing thermal transfer.

Superior Insulating value = Lower fuel costs Excellent resistance to high temperatures and mechanical stresses = Extended service life

Meet Our Customers

bP north Sea - Specified as the primary insulation for hot and cold systems. Currently being used to coat/insulate hot processing tanks and crude oil storage tanks. Citgo - Currently specified for personnel protection applications; used to coat multiple vessels in the refinery. Caltex - Currently coating 20 km above ground crude oil pipeline. Conoco Phillips - Currently being used on hot and cold systems in a methane processing plant. Encana Gas - Used to coat and insulate natural gas well heads. Equistar Chemical - Used to coat and insulate hot tanks. Formosa Plastic - Currently being used to coat and insulate all exposed hot and cold piping, tanks and processing towers. Lyondell Citgo Refinery - Approved for hot pipe and tank insulation. Currently being used to coat and insulate hot tank systems and lower portion of distillation column. Placid refinery - Used to coat and insulate distillation tower for process stabilization properties. Shell Oil - Liquid Ceramic passed the Shell CUI Identification test, thus eliminating the need to be monitored on the CUI program. Currently being used at the Shell Refinery in Puerto Rico to coat and insulate hot pipe systems. Lucerene Processing Plant - Used to insulate hot pipe systems and provide corrosion control.

U.S. Army coated/insulated roofs of troop housing trailers to make the roofs leak proof and to cut the high solar gain into the trailers, thus lowering air conditioning energy requirements. Hot Rod and Racing Cars - coated/insulated the inside of the cars, principally, the firewalls, floor headliners, fenders, undercoating and trunks to reduce the heat and cold and to reduce the noise levels/decibels in the vehicles. Budweiser used to insulate the roofs of the beer cold storage facilities. Reduced energy costs by 25% and reduced condensate problems in the walls of the facility. Goodyear Tire Manufacturing Plant - coated/insulated extremely large tire pressure vessels. Eliminated CUI problems and cut the heat in the plant rooms by 40%. Oklahoma Medical Facility - coated/insulated the walls of their mechanical rooms due to the excessive heat caused by their hot water and steam systems in the building. The room adjacent to the mechanical rooms before coating were always hot. Now the adjacent rooms are comfortable.
