    Case 1.
    13 year old boy from Afghanistan presented at a hospital in New Delhi, India, with an axillary lymph node swelling. Lymph node excised. Blocks received in consultation.

    Case 2
    An 18 year old female presented with severe respiratory distress in the midtrimester of pregnancy. She was found to have a left-sided pleural effusion, and a left sided mass in the chest wall with a supraclavicular extension into the neck. The cervical mass was biopsied and an urgent report was requested.

    Case History
    37 year old male with a swelling in the left side of the neck. Blocks received in consultation.
