Howell? did she ever discuss with you questions or concerns about being prosecuted over that matter? what did you discuss about the custody case with Mr. Howell? did you have any conversations with Ms. Howell about Lucy or Louis Vega? did you ever discuss anything about the injunction claim against the Vega’s before she filed it? after she filed it? removing the Howell file? * why did you sign a continuation of the injunction after disqualifying yourself. Howell UPDATE Dear Louis Judge Hauser’s motion can’t be heard until late September as that’s the soonest we can get a hearing Talso made a Public Records Act request to the Clerk for the following about a month ago 1, examination (not copies) of all memorandums, legal opinions, advisories, letters, and emails authored by Stephanie Howell, while serving in your employ. 2. copies of those portions of any manuals, advisories, bulletins, memos or other written instructions to members of the Clerk’s Office that concern the procedure for handling cases involving domestic and repeat violence injunctions from inception to completion ‘They have informed me the cost for #2 ~ is $205.00 As to the first request — they have agreed to allow me to inspect the documents, As you know, I do not have funds at this point to do either, and this is simply to let you know the status until you can fund the continuation of the case.
