Requirements Educational Qualification and Experience Levels: Post Graduate fresher, Engineering graduate with minimum 2 years of experience and Non-Engineering graduate with minimum 3 years of experience For Senior Associate Consultant (Higher Proficiency): Post Graduate with 1 year of experience, Engineering graduate with
minimum 3 years of experience and Non-Engineering graduate with minimum 4 years of experience Knowledge and Skills required for the Role: Process understanding or Domain Knowledge in one or two areas Communication (Written & Verbal), ITIL, COBIT, CMM, Six Sigma and other operational process frameworks awareness ; ESM tools and architecture knowledge, Consulting, Assessment, Design, Deployment, testing, Client Interfacing skills, Team management
Additional Info Purpose of the Role Support the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design and deployment; participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives WITH the objective of providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers WITHIN the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys
