As the Postal Service manager responsible for all Post Offices in your area, I would like your opinion concerning a possible change in the way postal services are provided. Our tentative plans will only lead to a formal proposal if we are satisfied that a maximum degree of regular and effective service can be provided. The Roselle Park Branch is being studied. The reason for the study is there are a number of alternate sites within a short radius of this office to provide the sale of stamps and the mailing of most package items . If you would like an opportunity to discuss alternatives with us, a postal representative will be at the Elizabeth Main Post Office located at 310 N. Broad St. on 12/13/2011 from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm to answer questions and provide information about our service. If you have any questions, you may contact Allen Tanko at (973) 468-7209. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely,

MICHAEL DEIGNAN Manager, Post Office Operations
