Relevance to my Country: Gasana Kwizera Eric

Given the post-genocide situation in which my country experienced a massive decrease in the population due to the genocide that took over a million lives of innocent people, there has been an increased agglomeration of uncontrolled courses that have gone unmonitored for. And given the knowledge based strategic plan of my country which is characterized by supporting management discipline, it is evident that even the University centers have been occupied and hence leading to lack of quality education to available students. This is evidently because of the insufficient qualified professionals in the field of International Business. It is with such a factual concept that the only alternative in curbing such miseries can only be through acquiring a career that is aimed at building the nation through an improved Business environment and infrastructure system that is professionally controlled, monitored, evaluated and one that suits the Rwandas developmental strategic plan of VISION 2020 which is to have knowledge based economy. Apparently Rwanda is developing a capacity building needs assessment aligned with Vision 2020, and we cannot get a clear picture of what its composites are and what we really need to make this whole exercise and job a real success in future. We need to own the whole exercise and enough home based experts on ground. So I expect to serve my country diligently with a motive of identifying and providing solutions to demanding issues in the need of qualified managers and executing consultancy projects at any level. Additionally, I intend to develop coaching skills and provide business principles and management techniques that will enhance competitiveness in Rwandan institutions. This will be effective upon completion of this program after having been exposed to multidisciplinary and complementary subjects drawn from other related fields. Consequently this will enhance my skills in evaluating evidence of the impact of my work on the quality of services and enable me develop personal strategies for improving my learning.
