    Sub:- Warning letter Respected Parent, This is for your kind information that, the MBA course semester II has started from 1st January 2010 and regular lectures are going on as per time table. We observed that your ward has not turn to the college till this date. His/Her attendance and performance is not up to the mark as per university norms. After continues follow up by us on phone he/she has not reported to the College. We are very sorry to inform you that if his/her performance is going to continue like this then he/she will be detained for MBA examination during April 2010. Mid Term examination is being schedule from 15th Feb 2010 which to be noted. This is to request you to kindly see us with your son/daughter in the institute.
