On December 17, 2011 at approximately 0437 hours,
Parked in the area, and an occupant sleeping inside,
was dispatched to the area of Thompson Street by Jeffrey Road for a report of a vehicle
Upon arrival in the area, | observed a Jeep Grand Cherokee bearing CT #867-SAA Parked on Thompson Street at the intersection with Jeffrey
Road. The vehicle was running with its lights on, and was parked on an angle with the front right wheel in the ditt off of the right side of the road
with the rear end taking up most of the northbound lane. A later check of CT #867-SAA through COLLECTINCIC showed that the registration
was valid on a Jeep Grand Cherokee registered to a John Dauria (DOB 01 08/74),
As | approached the vehicle, | observed that the ‘operator, who was later identified as the registered owner, John Dauria, was the ‘only occupant.
Dauria was asleep in the driver's seat with his right hand holding the shifter. | began knocking on the driver's window in an attempt to wake
Dauria, but he did not respond. All the windows in the vehicle were closed, and the doors were locked, As | continued knocking on the
Criver's window attempting to wake Dauria, Officer Finnimore #0600 arrived as back up.

After knocking on the driver's window loudly multiple times, Dauria woke up. Dauria was looking
again, and shined my flashlight through the window to get his attention. Dauria then looked at me with hi
