    I am using a PTCL student package broadband Internet on (04237242803) previously it was fine but now it is not working correctly for several weeks. The problem is my modem starts connecting and disconnecting automatically after every twenty minutes making a loop. But it stables when I hang up (hold) my phone. So please kindly replace this splitter for better usage of internet.

    Respected Sir:It is stated that I am using a PTCL student package broadband internet on (04237242803), previously it was fine but now it is not working correctly for several weeks. The problem is within ADSL splitter. The problem is my modem starts connecting and disconnecting automatically after every twenty minutes making a loop. But it stables when I hang up (hold) my phone. I observe that the problem is within my splitter. So for better usage I have to hang up my phone. So, please kindly replace this splitter for better usage of internet.
