$50-54,000/year This position is responsible for the administration of one federally funded Upward Bound Math/Science program, which provides academic and educational advisement to low-income, first-generation high school students such that participants graduate from high school, and apply to and are accepted into a post-secondary institution.

Job Announcement:

The Program Manager will be responsible for meeting all outcome objectives as defined in the program grants; complying with TRIO regulations, including the proper administration of program funds; maintaining the audibility of student files with respect to TRIO requirements; supervising program staff, ensuring the submission of all required reports; and overseeing the coordination of efforts across both programs. Most importantly, an ideal candidate has a sensitivity and understanding of the academic and social needs of the target student population.
