to participate in the opening ceremony in Viareggio IN THE EVENING: MEETING THE HOSTING FAMILIES Sunday 5th February Day with the families 14,00 p.m. Carnival with the hosting families enter the Carnival exhibition. Monday 6th February 8,30 a.m.: transfer to Secondary School Puccini located in Piano di Conca 9,00 a.m.: Meeting and speech by assistant mayor and students participating in the Town Hall Council; musical exhibition, playing national hymns. Breakfast in the canteen; students with the hosting families go on a tour to Florence Coming back in the evening; dinner with the families. Tuesday 7th February 8,00 a.m.: students attending the lessons in the classrooms with theirs friends. 9,45-11,00: visit the school in Piano di Conca (second year of scuola media and students of the third year with the partners) ; visit of the stands arranged. Coffee Break. 11,30-13,30 Lessons in each classroom Afternoon and evening with the families. Dinner with the families Wednesday 8th February 8.00-9.30 lesson at school 9.30 start for a tour to Pisa till 12,30(with the partners and students) 12,30-13,30 lesson at school Lunch with the families 16,00:p.m.:cooking the dishes for the contest with the participation of the students 18,30 p.m.: students, parents and partners will cook the dishes; selection of the best dish and the best dessert by the jury 19.00 p.m.: awarding of the prizes. 19.30 p.m. dinner with the prepared dishes; music and karaoke; Valerios performance Thursday 9th February 8,00 a.m.: students at school (lesson in the classrooms) 9,00- 12,30 a.m : meeting and then visit to Cittadella (hangars, Museum and Workshop) with the schoolbus 12,30-13,30 class activity 13,30 p.m. : lunch at school 14,30 -18,00 p.m.: meeting in the schools gymnasium of the secondary school, playing typical games; songs and dances Italian students performances. 18,00 p.m.: refreshments party Dinner with the families Friday 10th February Departure
