Risk for aspiration related Independent: to increase mucous 1. Position patient in secretion side lying position. 2. Position patient in high back rest if feeding 3. Provide chest tapping if patient coughs. 4. Do not force patient to drink or sip water if she is crying.

1. This will allow the secretion to come out. 2. This will help avoid the patient from being aspirated. 3. To help loosen patients secretion thus providing an effective airway passage 4. forcing the child to drink will increases tendency of aspiration.
