Year-round program is available to pet owners who meet income requirements; twice a year program is open to all pet owners, regardless of income (February and October). Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) Assistance

Help reduce the stray and feral cat overpopulation

If you are feeding stray or feral cats in Marion County, you are required by the citys TNR ordinance to spay/neuter, vaccinate, and eartip for identification all the cats in your colony (group) and be registered with Indyferal.

IndyFeral www.IndyFeral.org - Offers Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) training and education for caretakers of stray and feral cats. These services are provided to ensure the safe trapping, transport and management of the cats in an effort to stop their uncontrolled population growth, improve the lives of the cats, minimize nuisance behavior and ensure ordinance compliance.
