SITUATION 1-Requesting Travel information

Dialog between customer and clerk in travel agency. A1: Hello guys, what can I do for you? S1: Hello, I wanna travel to Malacca with my family! Could you tell me something about it? A1: Sure, what do you wanna know? S1: We wanna know something about the hotels and attractions? A1: Some of the attractions are the Malacca zoo,Dataran pahlawan,Malacca river cruise and many more. S2: Well, how much does the hotel cost for two nights? A2:I suggest this hotel,there is crystal crown hotel which located in the city.It will cost you RM 180 per night.Another one is paragon hotel which located near with the airport,It is just RM 120 per night.Which one that you want to choose?I suggest you to take crystal crown hotel because it is located in city.I think your family will agreed with it. S1:I think I want to choose the paragon hotel.It will makes me easy to go the airport with my family.So,how much that we must pay for the hotel? A2:Oh,it will cost you just only RM 240. S3: Sorry,can I know about the flight? A1:Before that can I know what class that you want to choose? S3:What do you have? A1:We have two class.It is business class and economy class.For the business class it will cost you just only RM750 and for the economy class is only RM 350.This is company from Air Asia.

S1:Oh,I see.I want to take business class for 3 persons. A2: Ok,What is the date of your departure? S1: October, 25th. A2: When are you going to fly back? S1: November, 20th.So, whats it gonna cost together? A2: Its gonna cost RM 2250. S1: Thats a lot of money, but Im a millionaire, so it doesnt matter! A1: Do you wanna know something about history of malacca? S3: Yeah, sure! A1: So you can go to the A famosa,there is many history about Malacca that you can get from there.If you love to take picture.This is your true destination. S3: Oh,that is very interesting.Onether one,Where can we get the great food? A1: Ah,I will suggest you Asam Pedas which is some traditional food for the Malacca people,but you must take a long journey from your hotel to the restaurant.The hotel staff can show you the place. S3: If they have good food we dont care, S1:So how much that we must pay for the whole payment? A2:Its just be RM 2490.So,do you want to pay by cash or credit card? S1:I want to pay by cash. A2: Youve got the money,this make your reservation become easier.I need your identity card number for make the reservation. S1:There you are.So,When can we purchase the tickets?
