Made of forged, heat-treated steel for maximum ruggedness, LTI discharge manifolds are designed to provide reliable connections and easy module maintenance. Theyre available in working pressures of 5000 and 7500 psi, and in various flange outlet configurations with clean-out strainers. On LTI pumps, the singlepiece trepanned manifold mounts directly to the front or back of the fluid ends to eliminate connections between the discharge modules.

ROTARY TABLES
LTI Rotary Tables offer a number of key features, including a larger oil capacity that adds to the units durability. These rotary tables feature forged-steel, fabricated housing and a heat-treated, forgedsteel turntable. Each rotary is supplied with spiral-bevel, induction-hardened gears. Two independent ratchet-type locks, with lever access from the top, lock the table in position. ROTARY TRANSMISSIONS AND INDEPENDENT DRIVES LTI Drilling Systems manufactures rotary table transmissions, including the L-1200-RT model used for independent rotary table drives combined with AC or DC electric-motor drives. The L-1200RT has a shifter lock mechanism, spline clutches for two-speed operation (2:1 and 1:1 ratios), double-helical gears, and a cascade lube system with support feet. The transmission can be mounted upright or on its side. LTI also fabricates independent rotary drives as well, for use with either a transmission or chain drive.

Rated in accordance with the API yield strength method (API-8C versions upon request), LTI traveling blocks are available in 275, 375, 500, 650, 750, 1000, and 1250 ton models. Precise weighting ensures fast free-fall, while their streamlined, compact design eliminates interference with mast or derrick components. Long service life is enhanced through quality fabrication and advanced metallurgy of sheaves, hooks, and other components. Direct coupling to top drives and for motion compensating drawworks further optimizes high performance.

SCR DRIVES LTI SCR drives feature digital controls for maximum precision, along with four-quadrant drive for instantaneous reversing and full regenerative braking power. We offer a choice of conventional aluminum heat sinks, or nickelplated copper heat sinks, which provide superior heat transfer. In addition to our fixed bridge design, we also offer a drawer-mounted version for safe and easy power and control component replacement. Also, these SCR systems offer separate power and low-voltage areas for a high level of safety. All LTI SCR drives feature modular component assemblies, which are both readily accessed and easily serviced. REMANUFACTURED DC MOTORS Available for DC motors ranging from 500 to 5000 hp, our remanufacturing process is so thorough, it produces DC motors that are like new at a tremendous cost savings. The rebuilding process begins with a complete tear down and sandblasting of all parts. New bearings and brushes are added, and the frame and armature are dipped in Class H varnish and baked. If required by the condition of the motor, we rewind the motor and furnish new or rewound coils. To complete the process, the motor is balanced and tested to ensure optimal performance.

DRAWWORKS PARTS LTI can meet all of your replacement parts requirements for a broad range of drawworks brands. Whether its a drum shaft hub, clutch, or any other critical component, LTI is ready to supply the part whenever and wherever you need it.

A large top flange permits replacing the urethane or Buna-N (nitrile) diaphragm bladder without removing the unit from the pump. All dampeners also feature a stainless steel charge valve and pressure gauge, located on the top flange and protected by a heavy-duty cover which also serves as a lifting eye.
