Mail a sample of the product, proposed packaging and proposed shipping or display case by 02/20/2012 to 1200 N. Kirk Road, Batavia, IL 60510 Attn: Rukhsana Wadiwala. Each sample should be stickered with o Supplier name o Date Please combine and mail all samples, proposed packaging and case in one box. This will ensure that all pertinent information is received. Do not mail the Product Pricing Form or Item Specification Form with the samples. The following requirements must be met by all suppliers awarded business: Have a signed ALDI Master Purchase Agreement on file Provide a valid plant audit by an ALDI approved third party Provide a valid Certificate of Insurance Responsible for all artwork agency fees and associated printing costs Responsible for costs associated with matching agreed product specifications and be examined by an ALDI approved third party lab before delivery If applicable, supply certifications for product specific claims (i.e. kosher, organic, allergen, etc.) Hold pricing for 1 year following the completion of the tender If you have any further questions regarding this process or do not wish to quote on this item, please contact Rukhsana Wadiwala at 630-482-5586.
