On 1/24/11 Mariana K Evica, then of 18A Pine Street, Peterborough NH was involved in an accident. Since NH is a non-insurance state, she did not carry any to cover this accident. In the resulting year or so, she has routinely and blithely ignored all attempts made by Amica Insurance to contact her regarding this matter.
Also, I had registered the car in my name, but when our relationship ended, I sold her the car, signed off on a bill of sale and the title, but mistakenly allowed it to leave with the plates. She used the plates fraudulently for approximately 6 months, despite many demands to return them, ultimately they were cancelled by the CT Motor Vehicle Department.
Amica has named me a party in this lawsuit as they still believe I am the registered owner of the car. As you will see, in this collection, I have taken all necessary steps to protect my liability and took every opportunity to influence Mariana K. Evica of Hartford Connecticut in doing the right thing.
Investigative agencies may use these documents to aid in any efforts on their part. I only request that you inform me as to their use and will be happy to answer any questions or comments.
