    Dear Colleagues As previously advised, registration for the 21st IMPA conference in London 24th - 28th September is now open. If you are considering attending may I draw your attention to the following: Conference Registration: Register early in order to take advantage of the early bird registration rates. Booking the Conference hotel does not mean you are automatically registered for the Conference - When you register for the conference, you must also separately book your hotel accommodation. They can be done independently through the Registration and Accommodation links on the IMPA 2012 web site. http://www.impa2012.com/register.html Group bookings - The registration process does not allow multiple bookings on the same email address. If you wish to book for a group of delegates, you need to email impa2012@thewaterfront.co.uk. The conference organisers will then contact you for details and will make the booking for you personally.

    Hotel Reservations Hotel bookings in London are unexpectedly increasing very quickly after the Olympic games. The Conference hotel is currently reserved for IMPA delegates but availability of other hotels is becoming limited. Favourable conference Accommodation rates have been secured at the Grange St Pauls Hotel as follows: Superior Rooms 19th September 29th September - 210 + VAT

    including English Breakfast Executive Rooms 19th September 1st October - 250 + VAT including English Breakfast There is a direct link on the conference website to book the conference hotel (The Grange St Pauls). Do not try to book it using any other web site as it will show up as being fully booked because the rooms are held for the IMPA Conference. If you do not want to stay at the conference hotel, scroll to the bottom of the Accommodation page and click on the link for Alternative hotel options http://www.hotelmap.com/hotelmap/?pro=M84JP
