Choose an organization of your choice. Analyze the firm based on the following and prepare a brief write up (3000 words). Clearly provide examples from the company to justify your findings. Use graphs, tables and diagrams for neat presentation. I. Identify the strategic business units (SBU) of the firm and explain how you categorized them, [10 marks] Identify the generic business level strategy/strategies the company has adopted (Cost leadership, differentiation, etc) in each of its strategic business units and the reasons for you to think so, [20 marks] Analyze how the firm aligned the technology strategy to support the business strategies identified in (b), (incase case the company has adapted more than two business strategies, analyze at least 2) [30 marks] Analyze the value chain for each SBU and how the technology strategy has been integrated to it, [20 marks] Provide suggestions/recommendations for improvements in the technology strategy.
