ROBERT ROSENTHAL is Assured Title Agencys Underwriting Counsel and Commercial Escrow Officer. He has practiced law for 32 years, in many capacities, bringing a broad range of skill sets and knowledge to his underwriting decisions and the closing table. Before joining Assured Title, Robert closed over a billion dollars worth of commercial transactions while being employed by top Colorado title insurance companies. Currently, Robert is working on the Stapleton redevelopment project, taking the project from cradle to grave. Having worked in downtown Denver since 1969, Robert believes that Denver is the most vigorous and exciting city in the nation, and is excited to engage in and foster Denvers growth and development.

SHARON YATES is a Senior Title Officer at Assured Title Agency. She brings a rich cache of experience, accumulated from two decades of real estate experience as a title officer and paralegal, to her title duties. As a key member of the title department, Sharon has extensive experience in commercial and residential developments, including specialized commercial financing transactions associated with those projects. She is also known for her in-depth knowledge of condominiums and helping her clients work out feasible title solutions. Most recently she is focusing on complex condominium projects with Affordable Housing restrictions, as well as land acquisitions on the Stapleton Redevelopment project. BRUCE ROSELLEN is a Senior Title Officer at Assured Title Agency. He has over 27 years in the title insurance industry, the last 17 of which he has spent in commercial real estate.

Bruce is exceptionally well adept at problem solving and communicating. He has helped consummate numerous large, complex acquisitions and developments throughout his tenure. From retail developments to condominiums, skyscrapers to open space, single family subdivisions to affordable housing projects, Bruce has provided title services for it all.
