ANC (antenatal care) is check with midwife to know condition mother pregnant good or bad.

Pregnancy mother have three visit to midwife : Visit 1 : first trisemester doing visit at before 14 week Visit 2 : second trisemester doing visit at before 28 week Visit 3 : third trisemester doing visit at between 28 until 36 week

Identify mother and husband Mother trouble Last health story and present health story Last pregnant story and present pregnant story Married story Planning Family story Need in day Resposible mother and family about pregnant Psychosocial, cultural,and spiritual Check head to toe

Purpose doing ANC :

Know and monitoring condition mother and baby To know first check if trouble at baby and mother Grow relationship between midwife and patient Give many information to patient about pregnant include process and pregnant sight We can give many education such as preparation need partus Mamae care Pregnant aerobic At mother pregnant, midwife give Fe tablet, betomin, vitamin C, and yodium

Dont forget at ANC doing another check :

Hemoglobin Urine reduction Protein urine Pre pregnancy test
