1. 1.1 The initial approach of ILS RWY 04 Imphal has been amended as follows : Procedure from VOR (115.9 IIM) Proceed outbound on R180 descending to 6300 FT. At 12 DME turn right to intercept 14 DME ARC. Crossing lead radial 206 turn right to intercept localizer (110.3 IIPH), inbound track 035 degree M descending to 5900 FT. Descend on Glide Path to DA/H. Speed restricted to 210 KT IAS (Max.) on R180/12DME NOTE: Direct interception of localizer from ATS routes is not authorized 1.2 IF . 14 DME Altitude at IF .. 6300 FT FAF/FAP 9.1D (ILS DME) Altitude at FAP .. 5900 FT
