As such, you are kindly requested to refrain from smoking when you are on campus ground. -Thirdly, there will be a short break in the middle of ceremony. Please do not leave your seat during this time. -And finally, you are kindly requested to attend ceremony from beginning until the end. You are not allowed to leave the hall before the ceremony end. -Audience are advised not to leave your seat at the end of the ceremony until the departure of VIP procession. -In the event of emergency, all doors of the hall will be open and audience are advised to follow the instruction of the attendants to discharge coming. -If you are in need or any help, please do not hesitate to request from our receptions. -It is hope, that with your co-operation, this ceremony will run smoothly.
