REGISTRATION OF FILIPINOS AT THE PHILIPPINE CONSULATE GENERAL The Philippine Consulate General wishes to inform all Filipinos based

in the provinces of Guangdong, Hainan, Hunan and Guangxi ZAR that it is currently updating its database of Filipino nationals working or residing in these areas. Thus, all Filipinos are enjoined to register at the Consulate through the following methods: (1) in person by accomplishing the form at the Consulate and submitting it to the Cultural Section; (2) by downloading the form from the PCG website, www.philcongenguangzhou.org, fill it out, scan it and send to the Consulates Cultural section by email, cultural_gzpcg@yahoo.com; (3) filling out the e-registration form posted at the Consulate website and send directly to Cultural Sections email address (cultural_gzpcg@yahoo.com). (4) By fax to (008620) 8333-0573 (Attn.: Cultural Section) For organized groups, the registration process for all its members may be done by any of the officers of the association. Also, the registration may be done on the following Sundays from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. when the Consulate is temporarily open for consular services: June 10, July 8, August 12, September 9, October 14, November 11 and December 9, 2012.
