    To, The Secretary to the Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi. Subject: Complaint against Shri Anna Hazare for the violation of the terms and conditions of Padam awards. Greetings, Please find attached here with the two photographs of a vehicle, which was attacked by some one during Nagpur visit of Shri Anna Hazare, where as this vehicle carrying a sign board on its roof, which violated the terms and conditions of Padam awards because: The award does not amount to a title and cannot be used as a suffix or prefix to the award winner’s name on letterheads, invitation cards, posters, books etc. In the case of any misuse, the defaulter will forfeit the award. Where as Padambhushan award fixed before Shri Anna Hazare name with his consultation, hence he has breached the agreement, so his Padambhushan award may kindly be forfeited. It would be pertinent to mention here that I have taken up this matter vide online complaint bearing No. MINHA/E/2012/00601 dated May 17, 2012.
