Bearing Location/Zone

a) After had a discussion with our Maintenance Officer (Mr Khoo) and based on the report of spoilt bearing(record from MRF), it can be concluded that the crucial point that Maintenance need to change the bearing is at : 1) 2) 3) 4) 5) 6) 7) point 9 (turning point inside constarch oven) point 5 and 11 (turning point inside latex oven) point 13 (turning point after carpet beading area main oven zone 3) point 15 (turning point before pre-leaching tank 1 main oven zone 2) point 17,point 18, point 19 (main oven zone 4) point 20, point 21 (main oven zone 1) point 8 (turning point inside coagulant oven)

All together will be 22 pcs of bearing (type P215) per line. For 1 unit of bearing will cost RM 190 b) Next, the spot that Maintenance will going to install Easy Lube Device is at: 1) point 18, point 19 (main oven zone 4) 2) point 21 (main oven zone 1) 3) point 8 (turning point inside coagulant oven) Remarks : Other point that is not mentioned, Maintenance will modified the grease nipple which by connecting the copper tube through the grease nipple as to ease and implementing manual greasing process (refer to a) ).
