PMO Coordinator

Responsibilities: Support the SM function in project delivery Provides administrative support on all the business related matters within the fucntion Propose improvements in the process as well as in the analysis; Provide timely and accurate analysis and reports to dedicated internal clients Ensure proper communication of the requirements with involved teams Understand business processes and suggest recommendations Facilitates project paperwork for clients

Competencies Good general business understanding Be able to demonstrate the ability to tackle a problem by using a logical and systematic approach Proven ability to manage workload and work to deadlines Must have good Excel knowledge and be able to provide commentary and recommendations on data analysis Capital markets interest and notions Excellent written and verbal English language skills French language skills represents a plus
