Boston
Boston, rich in history, was the site for yet more solutions in commerce. Like so many who are versed in their history, the atten/dees to the seminar were exposed to new direction for their future. The whole question in Boston that caused the famous Tea Party was over admiralty jurisdiction. And we have come full circle, having never effectively resolved the question. Attendees to the seminar were given some helpful hints in how better to negotiate in commerce since admiralty/maritime has come inland, not only into the harbors, but all the way to the cornfields of the midwest and beyond. We just tried to supply a little "sugar" to help the tea (admiralty/maritime) go down a bit easier.

Cincinnati

This seminar was a chance for Winston to return to his native soil. This event was actually held in Kentucky, directly across the river from Cincinnati. For the first time in our seminar programs, Winston talked about the individuals the commercial pioneers who were his role models and mentors and who guided him on his educational journey. Winston also spent a significant amount of time discussing how psychological techniques (mind control) are used in commerce. Everything from a trip to the supermarket to ELF transmissions was unveiled to create an understanding of how people are manipulated in their commercial dealings by "hidden persuaders". This seminar offers a comprehensive understanding of commercial principles and how commerce actually works. It builds a strong case for taking back control of your own life rather than constantly being manipulated by various psychological technologies.

3. FLINT

This seminar was developed to bring in some of the basic foundational concepts needed to establish the roots for commercial redemption. People who have worked or lived in the statutory world in the public need to look at things differently as they try to coordinate their affairs between the public and the private commercial world. Recorded: Flint, Michigan.

5. King James
As many people had showed an interest in the Biblical parallels between commerce and the theological concepts contained in the King James version of the Holy Bible, we attempted to teach true principles by showing the similarities and differences in regards to commerce. It was shown that commerce is a mirror of truth, and should not be confused as the truth.

7. Los Angeles Seminar (2007)

Please note - this is the recording from the original 2007 Los Angeles Seminar, and not the 2010 Seminar. At this Los Angeles seminar there were many students there from many levels of knowledge and experience, SIC tried to have items for all. One thing of importance to all students of commerce is the position that they have in regards to the public entities and contracts. Regardless of the educational and experience level of any student, that knowledge is enhanced by a solid foundation in the basis of commercial redemption which is largely involved in "lien position". In the world of commerce where "paper" is the norm, then one's relationship to "paper" is of paramount concern. Control of the "paper" at whatever stage is essential for successful navigation on the seas of commerce. So, to enhance the students position on the "paper" there was given much emphasis to LIEN POSITION.do you have it, what is your position, what gives you the lien right, who is in first lien position? Examples of former UCC-1 Financing Statements submitted on "State" forms (rather than the National forms) and filed into the County Recorder (rather than filed with the Secretary of State) were discussed. Also, there was much emphasis of the commercial lien process. So, along with other ancillary items being discussed (mortgages, lease agreements, Article 9 of the UCC, Accepted for Value, etc.), students were admonished to get their position firm on the "paper" of the commercial world.

9. Phoenix Mastering solution Seminar

Contracts, contracts, contract what is the contract? Historically and down to the present time, the interaction between people has been one series of contracts after another. From the colonial times in America right down to that last mortgage you signed yesterday you have simply been creating contractual agreements in regards to how you will perform. An expectation of an end result is the motivating factor to induce people to contract one with another. Unfortunately, too many are blindly entering into agreements which bind them to misunderstandings, especially when public policy is factored into the mix. The overriding principle here, then, is what is your intent when you are making these contractual agreements? Is the execution of those contracts as per your intent? Are you being misled? Are you being taken advantage of?

Here we were trying to bring some more advanced techniques to the table. It is necessary to do all that we can to settle problems on our own without bothering the public. The principles in the scriptures indicate that if we have a difference with our brother that we should go to him and try to settle it first. If that fails, then we need to put the matter before competent people for arbitration. And if all of that fails, then and only then do we go into the public courts. Recorded: Portland, Oregon.

At St. Joe, there was more emphasis on notes, bonds, and liens. We have connected the dots between some of the negotiable instruments that we use, and have raised the mark for the promissory note by demonstrating how to connect the promissory note to the bond (that we have lodged in the US Treasury) to make the promissory note a collectible item instead of just a discharge into the future. So, in a round about way we have pointed the promissory note toward a set off instead of just discharge. Set off, as you know (or if you didnt know) reduces your accounts to a zero balance in the public accrual accounting system. This adjustment of your accounts to a zero balance keeps you in complete honor in the public venue, and releases any obligation/debt and lien against you. With no one to accuse you (of a debt/sin) you can go on to paradise/ Kentucky or to West Virginia (almost Heaven - thank you Johnny D.)

Winston's exclusive Members Event this past June was one of his best seminars yet. We have received a lot of positive feedback from our Gardeners, expressing how they truly enjoyed this special learning opportunity with Winston. During the seminar, Winston focused on several topics including the Hundredth Monkey theory, Administrative Process, Status, Creation of Money, and The Courts. There were also several Q & A sessions held throughout the weekend which addressed other important issues. For the first time, we are publicly releasing a Members Event for everyone to experience. Even if you're not currently a Gardening with Winston Member, you now have the opportunity to see for yourself what these special annual events have to offer.
