What features of an IE program evaluation would be included?

- EQUIPT THE MIND AND RELEASE THE KIDS * are the means (cognitive tools the assessment themselves?) Cognotive tools grow through use. Is there any way that we can appreciate their ability of use, and then looking at it at the end? Can we provide anecdotal feedback for the students? Can the tools themselves be the assessment?
