16 Comes now plaintiff, William Duff, one of the people of Missouri, seeking leave to amend original
17 action in order to correct the names of defendants named therein, to wit;

26 5. references to serial # 3092 on all lines, except in paragraph 12 beginning at Pg 5 line 1, are
27 amended to read: Officer William Frazier and/or his agents
28 6. Pg 2 line 1 reads: "North Patrol station at Barry Rd and hiwy 169"
29 7. and is amended to read: "North Patrol Station at 1001 NW Barry Rd, Kansas City, Mo."
30 8. Paragraph 12 on Pg 5 beginning on line 1 is amended to read:
31 a. " William Frazier is identified as the "ARRESTING OFFICER" in Exhibit "C",
32 KCMO Police Department. Under color of law William Frazier and his agents
33 assumed the jurisdiction and unlawfully and forcibly carried plaintiff Duff away, and
34 imprisoned against his will without thorough investigation, without good cause, and for
35 reasons that are inconsistent with Duffs Right of Action. One of the officers involved
36 in the unlawful imprisonment commented that he understood Duffs claim and actually
37 did what he could to protect Duff from the apparent anger of the other officers."
38 9. That exhibit F be added to the exhibits attached to this amended action. (Attached hereto)

40 WHEREFORE, plaintiff prays this court allow the above amendments and all other consideration this
