18 I, William Duff, plaintiff in the above styled case, am of sound mind and nearly
19 three times the age of majority, am possessing of knowledge pertinent to this
20 matter do herein certify that I researched and prepared the action, affidavits and
21 pleadings filed by plaintiff in case # 07CY-CV06125 as well as all exhibits and
22 copies of evidentiary documents and that all are true to the best of my
23 knowledge, information, and belief formed after reasonable inquiry all are well
24 grounded in fact, warranted by existing law or a good faith argument for the
25 extension, modification, limitation or reversal of existing law or enforcement
26 thereof and where all was and is offered as testimony applicable to said case as
27 evidenced by my signature, and that all said documents are not interposed for
28 any improper purpose, such as to harass or to cause unnecessary delay or a
29 needless increase in the cost of litigation and that All facts and assertion of
30 facts plead therein are true to the best of my knowledge and are herein
31 incorporated as if written here in full and constitute the lawful testimony of
32 William Duff upon the subject matter of the controversy.

35 Duff. William Duff, now and from the outset of this action, stands in this court

36 as a man within Missouri seeking remedy for injury as of right as is
37 distinguished from a legal fiction.

39 Further, all said facts and assertions have been intended as testimony before
40 this court by the real person in interest from the time they were filed in this case
41 as a court of record is understood by me to be adjudicated upon the evidence
42 provided in the papers filed in the case, and William Duff hereby and thereby
43 affirms all as being true to the best of my knowledge and belief. Plaintiff
44 expects this court should take cognizance of all such facts and assertions as
45 testimony and defendant should be bound to rebut point by point.
