Although this is an individual assignment, students are allowed to discuss in their individual groups the various aspects of an operations strategic plan, which covers both local and global strategies. This is to encourage exchange of ideas, experiences and knowledge amongst group members. This assignment is to test the understanding and knowledge of the important components of a strategic plan and operations strategy. To develop presentation skills, select a leader in the group to do a brief presentation to the rest of the class. Be prepared to answer questions and defend your strategic plans and findings.
