    AFFIDAVIT

    I, Atty. Emelita M. Portillo, of legal age, married, a resident of Villa Luz Subdivision, Cabanatuan City, after having been sworn in accordance with the law, do hereby depose and say: That I have been working as a Branch Clerk of Court of the Regional Trial Court from 2005 up to present; That I am presently applying for the position of a Municipal Trial Court Judge before the Judicial and Bar Council; That one of the requirements for said application is an affidavit stating that applicant has not participated/run for any elective election, whether local or national; That I have not run for any elective local or national position since the time I reached the voting age until the recent 2010 elections; That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness and veracity of the above stated facts. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 3rd day of March 2011, in the City of Cabanatuan.
