Michael argues with his friends about what happened to Mr. G and the Jews. They
convince him to go back to the rabbi and look for the treasure. He keeps reading the
encyclopedia and asks Father Heaney if what it says is true about the Jews and he says it
is. He then stops by the synagogue and talks to the rabbi. They become friends and agree
to teach English and Yiddish to each other.
