    Choose one that works.

    Lets test it.

    Record your voice.

    Task One
    Record your voice while moving closer to the microphone then add five seconds of silence.

    Task Two
    Normalize the recording Click the track then Effect Normalize

    Task Three
    Silence is not really silence. Audio Track Waveform db

    Task Four
    Highlight the silence Effect Noise Removal Get Noise Profile

    Task Five
    Remove the silence Effect Noise Removal

    Task Six
    Add a second track by hitting again Make it fit (View Fit Vertically)

    Task Seven
    Click the Time Shift Tool and drag the second track over.

    Task Eight
    Create a new project (Control + N), sing Row, Row, Row your Boat, copy and paste the track, drag to make it a round.

    Export
    File Export . . . Choose MP3 You may need to install LAME ENC
