This questionnaire is part of an impact evaluation of APO multicountry projects, including e-learning courses. The evaluation seeks to improve the effectiveness of such APO projects. For selected participants, this questionnaire shall be followed by on-site face-to-face interview or by online interview by the independent evaluator. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
