ADMISSION PROCEDURE

The admission form may be obtained for all courses : From the counter.

By downloading the form from the site and sending it along with a demand draft drawn for the exact amount in favour of IISWBM payable at Kolkata, or Through post by sending a demand draft of the correct amount drawn in favour of IISWBM.

Fees once paid will only be refunded as per norms laid down by AICTE.

Duration 2 years full time The minimum qualification for admission to the course is a Bachelor's Degree (10+2+3 system) with Honours in Arts / Science / Commerce / Business Administration or Bachelor's Minimum Qualification Degree(10+2+4 system) in Engineering / Technology / Medical Science / Law/ Professional Courses /or its equivalent from any University recognized by the University of Calcutta. 5 CURRICULUM MBA (DAY)


IISWBM conducts Masters Degree programmes of Calcutta University in Business Administration in Day (full-time) and Evening sessions. The applicants for the admission to the MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION course shall be required to undergo UGC specified national entrance tests like CAT. The minimum qualification for admission to the course is a Bachelor's Degree (10+2+3 system)with Honours in Arts / Science / Commerce / Business Administration or Bachelor's Degree(10+2+4 system) in Engineering / Technology / Medical Science / Law/ Professional Courses /or its equivalent from any University recognized by the University of Calcutta. The candidates short-listed on the basis of certain cut-off marks in the above mentioned selection test shall be required to appear for Group Discussion and Personal Interview. Admission of reserved categories students may be admitted as per existing University rules and regulations, if the test is conducted by the University/constituent colleges. Students admitted to the two-year/three year MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION

course shall pursue the regular courses of lectures, and other academic arrangements made for the two-year/three year academic term.

Duration of the Course


For Full Time courses (Day Session): Two full academic years, which will include theoretical papers, project and dissertation work, divided into four semesters. For Part Time Courses (Evening Session): Three academic years, which will include theoretical papers, project and dissertation work, divided into six semesters.
