Dear readers: PRANAB KUMAR MUKHOPADYAYA The date of birth of next Indian President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee has been mentioned as 1st Feb 1935 at 17-52-20 @ Kolkata by some of our astro friends, whereas Wikipedia shows his date of birth as 11 Dec 1935 at Mirati, Burdwan, West Bengal, 23.2383N, 83.8608E. Of course the selection and election of Mr. P.K. Mukherjee is a foregone conclusion as even before announcing his name by the think-tank of Congress party led by Mrs. Sonia Gandhi and her host of advisors like Ahmed Patel, P. Chidambaram, AK Antony, Manmohan Singh, etc. would have come to the conclusion that the requisite number is attained for a safe and secure win through the so-called electoral college for deciding the head of state of republic of India. The very post of President does not attach any importance, as he / she is a nominal head of the State. The chart as told by our astro friends is placed here below, assuming that anyone is interested in this chart. The democratic and parliamentary procedure is a politically whipped dictate is a mere stage show in India. The selection of a person to a high post in a large democratic country by the leader of a political party shows travesty and lack of transparency in the system. The ruler should be elected directly by the citizens of the country. BTW, between the two dates of births, I felt that 11 Dec 1935 looks more suitable for a person of that status such as President of India.

ROLE OF CUSPAL STAR LORD - ASCENDANT LIBRA

In this issue as a seventh article on Cuspal Star Lord for Thula Lagna is taken up. Mithuna contains three stars in its Sign i.e. Chithra 3-4 Padas, Swathi & Visakha 1-3 pada. Yogesh Lajmiji, Tinwin, Dr. Luther Ruth, Adith Kasinath, MK Viswanath, Senthil (UAE), Sambasiva Rao Chitturu, S Sekar, KSV Ramani, Sairaman, Sundar, Sunil Ji. The Sign Lords are getting the signification of that particular cusp. Whereas if you judge Star of the Cusps then apart from 7 planets you will also look into the Nodes Rahu and Kethu for judging the same. Hence all the 9 planets would get portfolios of the cusps. Whether these Cuspal Star Planets are giving the results of these Cusps/ Signification? I request all the seniors would offer their feedback on this topic. For Thula Lagna the Cusps 1,5,9 are in Airy Signs (Kama) and the Lords of these houses (Venus, Saturn and Mercury) are very much helpful to each other. Kona Lords are Trijnamas Father Son and Grandson. You can observe that Venus, Saturn and Mercury are trinal lords connected to Dharma. Mercury lord of 9n12 is good for higher education, good with father, abroad; Venus as lord of 1n8 indicates difficulties and challenges and responsibilities as lord is connected to 8th; Saturn as lord of 4n5 indicates secondary education, children, good with mother, fixed assets.

DATE OF EMPLOYMENT AND TRANSIT

In the analysis of birth charts, we consider various types of bhava and planetary combinations to arrive at a decision on the request made by the native, when there is a particular interest according to the Birth Chart, if not a general reading on the birth chart will be made by the astrologer. In arriving at the target, first of all, we need to consider whether the native is destined to achieve the fulfilment of his expectation. If this is confirmed positive according to the birth chart, we continue further to determine the period of the happening. For timing of consider the Krishnamurthi assessment of events according to the birth chart or a horary chart, we dasa and sub dasas periods in operation. According to Paddhathi, we consider the Vimsoththari dasa for the the tentative period.

After making an assessment of the tentative period according to dasa, bukthi and antara , we consider the transit of dasa and sub dasa lords, significators and the luminaries to pinpoint the date and time of the event. According to infallible Krishnamurthi Paddhathi, the dasa and sub dasa lords along with the other planets will offer the results signified by the star lords of those in their dasa periods. The bhava significators will be the source to activate the matters indicated by the star lords. In here we are trying to analyse a birth chart of a native who obtained employment and the agreement of dasa lords and significators and the activities of the star lords. According to Krishnamurthi Paddhathi we consider sub lord of the tenth bhava as the main key on the consideration about employment. If the Sub lord of the tenth is a significator for the tenth bhava, showing the employment and the natives position in the society, or the second bhava for gaining money and properties, or the sixth bhava showing the income to the native and loss to the employer and the eleventh bhava for the fulfilment of the expectation. If it is so the native is fortunate to have an employment. The sub lord of the tenth bhava of this birth chart is Venus. This Venus is the owner of the 3rd and 8th bhavas and and deposited in the first bhava. This Venus is deposited in a star of Kethu, who is deposited in the second bhava. This Saturn is the owner of the second bhava and deposited in the second bhava. This is a positive indication of employment. WHO WILL BE THE 13TH PRESIDENT FOR INDIA

India is struggling hard to elect her 13th president (first citizen) for the past few months. Generally the ruling party has a strong say in the selection of the president and all knows that the electoral votes will mirror the same. Recent developments are telling another story. UPA decided Pranab Mukharjee to be their candidate but their allies Mulayam-Mamata are differing with it. They stood Abdul Kalam and Somnath Chatarjee to be their men. Other sources are pointing P.A. Sangma, Hamid Ansari, Ms. Meira Kumar as other alternatives. This is the background for my attempt to predict the final person who will be crowned as 13th president of India. In astrology it is difficult to reach to a conclusion in this type of questions. One can say that I am daring to do this. But my opinion is that surfer cannot get a pearl but a diver can. Hence after praying to Ganeshji and Guruji KSK I will give my readings as follows: In KP Horary we take a number between 1&249 to offer any prediction (for general questions). There is another concept called Ruling Planet Theory which says that the planets influencing a particular moment are the real pointers of the fructification of the query one posed in that particular moment. Lords of Asc Star, Asc, Moon star, Moon sign and day are termed as Ruling planets. Therefore I am using this technique to reach to the answer. Horary says that the Asc denotes the person in question. Ruling planets for the moment of judgment (16-06-2012@ 13:46 hrs near 16th degree north latitude) are as follows: Asc Star lord: Mars Asc lord: Mercury Moon star lord: Venus Moon Sign lord: Mars Day lord: Saturn Therefore Ruling planets are Mars-Mercury-Venus-Saturn. We have to include Rahu-Kethu also as they are connected to Mars-Venus respectively. Rule is that we have to consider those person whose co-rulers of the Asc are strongly connected with the Ruling planets. With a glance at the Ruling planets and the co-rulers of the Asc we can find PranabKalam-Sangma are the possible alternatives because others have planet co-ruling the Asc which is not in Ruling Planets!
