CLAIMANTS DRAFT ORDER FOR DISCLOSURE (1)

UPON the application of the Claimant, dated 16 July 2012 It is ordered that: Within 7 days the Defendants and Interested Parties each give disclosure of any documents in their possession that may fall into the following categories:

(1) Preliminary drawings and budgets of the London Bridge Station redevelopment proposals (the Scheme) at each stage of development up to the date of agreement with the DfT that resulted in the go-ahead announcement on 25 November 2010. (2) Correspondence between and all documents recording correspondence, discussions and contacts between Network Rail and any of the defendants prior to 25 November 2010 in relation to the Scheme. (3) All documents including but not limited to plans, drawings and budget forecasts relating to the effect of the London Dungeon premises becoming available to Network Rail following the relocation of the business of the London Dungeon and/or when and how it became clear that the premises would become available for the use of Network Rail. (4) Documents referring to or recording details of meetings between the Leader of Southwark Council and the Mayor of London with Mr Higgins of Network Rail in relation to the scheme and any other contacts by the Mayor or the Leader of the Council or Mr Higgins with any other interested Government departments or agencies in relation to the scheme. (5) Documents held by the fourth defendant relating to the listing application by the Claimant for the St Thomas St/Crucifix Lane arcade and any internal or external communications relating to its consideration from the time of receipt of the application to the date of its listing on 7 July 2011. (6) Copies of documents from the Fourth Defendant relating to the planning history of the London Bridge proposals as turned over to Mr Kitchen of CgMs, planning consultants to Network Rail, pursuant to a request of 24 November 2010 made by Mr Kitchen to Mr Woods of English Heritage.
